With over 9 years of experience as a certified home inspector, Matt has been making home owners and home buyers fully confident in their real estate transactions - as only a thorough home inspection can.

A Nebraska native, Matt is familiar with common traits that homes and properties can experience in the warm summer and cold winter months. That knowledge has helped him catch things that potential homeowners and real estate agents had missed or were not aware of.

Being a certified inspector means that Matt has the training and knowledge needed to walk through your potential new property and give you a detailed report of its condition. Matt obtained his certification from InterNACH - one of the top home inspection associations in the nation.

Matt's background includes an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering and Design. As a proud Eagle Scout, Matt conducts his business with those skills and values which has helped him transition many happy families into their next homes since 2014.

Matt lives in York, with his wife Michelle and their two kids. He looks forward to meeting and being an important part of your next home purchase!
